National Standard Delivery

International Standard Delivery
- Estimated delivery time: 10-15 business days.
- Cost: $680 MXN.
We are not responsible for any customs fees or taxes imposed by the destination country. If applicable, the customer is responsible for paying these charges upon receiving their package.

Returns
Conditions
- You have 15 days from the reception date to return your purchase.
- The products must be in new condition with their original packaging, including the dust bag.
- Returns are not accepted for final sale items.
- Returns are only applicable for national orders within Mexico.
Procedure
- Complete the Return Request Form or Contact Us.
- Once you have requested the return, we'll send you the instructions to arrange the delivery back to our warehouse.
- Once we've received your return and confirmed it meets our requirements, we'll make the refund of the returned item to your original payment method.
- The cost per return request is $99 MXN which will be deducted from your refund.

Can I Cancel or Modify My Order?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed due to our rapid processing times. However, you can easily return your order according to our Returns Policy after receiving it.

What Are Your Delivery Times and Shipping Costs?
For national orders within Mexico, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days. A standard shipping fee of $180 MXN applies, but orders totaling $2,000 MXN or more qualify for free shipping.
For international orders, the estimated delivery time is 10 to 15 business days. A standard shipping fee of $680 MXN applies. Please note that returns are not accepted for international orders.

Can I Return an Item for an Exchange Instead of a Refund?
Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order.
Can I Receive My Refund on a Different Credit Card Than the One Used for the Order?
For security reasons, refunds can only be issued to the credit card originally used for the purchase.
